Ordering

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Sure. Once the order is placed successfully, there will be a confirmation call from our support center for the verification of the order. The order amount should be paid in full on delivery. The package can be opened only after making the payment. It will cost you an extra AED 10 for COD.

 

Can I cancel my order if I have ordered through Cash on Delivery?

Please contact our customer service team via email at cubuzzle@alistar.ae or through WHATSAPP to cancel your order, but note that the order can be canceled only before shipping.

Do you have a physical shop?

Cubuzzle is an online store. We do not have a physical shop, but we have our warehouse where the products are stored and an office where you are welcome to visit by appointment. Feel free to message our team on WHATSAPP and book an appointment or call +971 52 3782752.

The nature of our business is such that we can save costs of owning physical stores and pass on the savings to our customers. Hence, you get your products cheaper and faster from the comfort of your own home or office.

Can I pay when I collect my order directly from you?

Yes, only an exact change in cash will be accepted.

Refund and Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Domestic Returns and Refunds within UAE:

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 7 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused, and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, shipping charges or any other extra charges cannot be refunded.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International Returns and Refunds:

We can accept international returns within 30 days. You will need to send it back to us in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or any other charges like custom duties / taxes. Only the item price will be refunded in full once the product has been received and checked by our quality control team.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via email at cubuzzle@alistar.ae or through WHATSAPP. Providing the return is within the 7-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

My Product is faulty, what should I do?

While we try to make sure every order is perfect, sometimes things can go wrong which is very rare. There may be manufacturer defects, logistics issues, a missing item, etc.

If something is wrong, please let us know as soon as you have received the order by contacting our support team via email at cubuzzle@alistar.ae or through WHATSAPP.

Delivery and Collection

When will my order be despatched?

Normal Delivery:

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UAE time) from Mon-Sat will be despatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm (UAE time) from Mon-Sat will be despatched the next working day.

We are closed on Sunday. All orders placed on Sunday will be despatched the next working day.

Urgent Delivery:

If you have chosen Urgent Delivery, your order will be despatched as mentioned on the delivery method.

How quick will my order be delivered?

We try to provide our best estimate of an item's expected delivery date when you add an item to your cart.

However, you can expect most deliveries to take place:

  1. Within UAE: 1 - 2 business days 
  2. International Delivery:  4 - 7 business days

How much does the shipping/delivery cost within the UAE?

Delivery is free if your order total is above AED 75.

For orders below AED 75 there is a flat delivery charge of AED 20. 

How much does International shipping cost?

Please add items to the cart by registering your email address and select your region for shipping charges.

Customs / Import Duty is not included. Buyers are responsible to pay these charges at their end, if applicable.

If you cannot find your region, please send us a message via WHATSAPP, or email cubuzzle@alistar.ae requesting a shipping quote.

Can I come and collect my order directly from you?

Absolutely! You can pick up your order from our office in Dubai. Kindly make sure to complete your purchase and payment online so that we can keep your order packed and ready for a hassle-free pickup :)

My Order is late, what can I do?

It's very rare but sometimes things can go wrong, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected please accept our apologies.

If your parcel is more than 2 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us through WHATSAPP.
